Bookings will not be refunded within 48hrs of event. Cancellation within 48hrs of the scheduled event will incur a 10% administration fee by Byron Entertainment Centre.

We will advise if our goods are not available within 2 working days.

Byron Entertainment Centre will store personal details only to keep subscribers up to date via our opt-in subscription newsletter. It is not the policy of Byron Entertainment Centre to sell or exchange personal details. These details will be kept solely for the purpose of subscription updates if requested.

Errors
Should a Product price be listed incorrectly due to a typographical error we reserve the right to refuse to meet or cancel any orders placed for that product. We will aim to contact you on a daytime telephone number so please ensure you do leave this contact number when placing orders.
Beyond Reasonable Control
Byron Entertainment Centre shall not be held liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its control, but not limited to Acts of God, fire, lightening or extremely severe weather conditions, explosions, war, disorder, floods, industrial disputes, whether or not involving our employees, acts or omissions of internet service providers or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.
Severability
In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or Unenforceable by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
